Description: Robert has been a driving force in a broad range of business activities, in numerous and progressively more senior industry roles.

He held senior positions such as Canadian Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO in various companies.

Before XL, Robert was instrumental in debt and equity financing. As CFO at Paradigm Electronics, he secured a large debt financing structure, ensuring financial stability. At Cymat Corporation, he raised equity, guiding the company through an IPO to a listed stock on the TMX.

At Honeywell Aerospace, Robert, as Canadian Aerospace Controller, developed expertise in Six Sigma and Lean Principles, applying them for continuous improvement in various clients.

Apart from XL, Robert is a faculty member at The Business School at Humber College. A CA/CPA member with a Master of Accountancy and an MBA, he actively participates in local School Councils and serves as Chair for the family of schools at the board level.
