Wayne Cole has a highly diverse business background that includes working ten years in the manufacturing field doing engineering/drafting, and product design with firms like Motorcoach, Chicago Blower, Coldstream, Empire Sheet Metal, Winwood Industries, and Defehr. Wayne worked as President of several businesses, including a national furniture manufacturer, a provincial soft drink bottling company, and a North American energy efficiency contracting franchise (This included working for eight years with James Richardson & Sons).
Wayne used his broad experience to undertake management consulting, executive coaching, statistical survey research, and international business development for government, K-12 school divisions, public utilities, and corporations. In the latter part of Wayne’s employment career, he worked as a national sales manager and senior business development executive for Optio Software, Ameresco Canada, and Johnson Controls.
As CEO and Co-Founder, Erifili successfully launched and grew iRestify, revolutionizing daily maintenance operations through technology-driven operational efficiencies. Her strategic aptitude in new business development has led to the establishment of new revenue streams and market opportunities, underscored by a comprehensive business strategy and effective sales management. Her expertise lies in driving sales, optimizing quality and efficiency, and creating scalable processes. With a talent for multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions, Erifili excels at navigating complex business transitions.
In her role as a member of the Teleperformance Worldwide Executive Team, Erifili played a pivotal part in transforming a $2.7 billion business. She exhibited adept negotiation skills across international borders, fostering business enhancements and profitability across 20+ countries. Her operations management expertise translated into remarkable cost conversions, turning over $90 million in costs into tangible profits.
Notably, Erifili orchestrated the growth of Teleperformance’s Canadian division, expanding its reach nationally and internationally. Her leadership in capital projects, negotiations, and relationship building with Fortune 100 clients showcases her strategic abilities. Moreover, she successfully navigated and executed multi-million dollar deals with clients, each valued in the tens of millions of dollars, further underlining her adeptness in fostering valuable business partnerships.
In addition, Erifili orchestrated the acquisition and merger of two multi-million-dollar companies into the organization.
